There will be a $100 registration fee.
Local expenses in China will be covered. (including lodging, meals and
transfer between Beijing and Kaifeng) However, due to the limit of our
funding, we are unable to provide any travel expenses.
The deadline for registration is November 15, 2003.
For those marked C* and those who got a late invitation, please confirm
/ reply ASAP
As you may know, you need a visa to enter China. Normally a visa is valid for three months from the date of issue. We will send you a formal invitation letter, which you need to bring with you to the closest Chinese consulate when asking your visa. To help us, could you please send your affiliation and mailing address as soon as possible?
